Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. iHeartDepot.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. iHeartDepot.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1500.00 (U.S.) may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. iHeartDepot.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by iHeartDepot.com

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, iHeartDepot.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. iHeartDepot.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, iHeartDepot.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. NOTE: All credit card processing is performed under our parent company, A+ Tech Services, Inc., and will appear on your credit card statement as APLUSTECHS or A-PLUS-TECH-SERVICE.

Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects

For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact our customer service department. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all packing materials and other accessories and be received within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking for a returns not resulting from our error(s). No returns will be accepted without an Return Authorization number issued by iHeartDepot.com. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, insure the return and use a traceable method of shipping.
